About the Creators

Felicia M. L. Davis, MA, is a corporate leader who was late diagnosed with Autism + ADHD (AuDHD), understanding first-hand the challenges and opportunities that come with neurodiversity in the workplace. She brings textbook and psychological concepts to life in the business world with real examples and situations. With a background from small non-profits to financial software with global teams, Felicia's expertise goes beyond the buzz words and into the daily life of business. Partnering with Nancy Wainscott, MS, LPC-A, LCDC, they combine clinical research with business to go beyond ADA requirements to help organizations improve business results starting with their most important asset - people.
